people still continue to tap the bottom of the ketchup bottle. i was at a restaurant the other day ordering onion soup and someone was doing that. sounded like they were slapping a baby’s bottom. it was so funny that nearly spit soup out my nostrils i could barely hold back the laughter.
I lived on free catsup, at times when getting my university degree. The micro-waves made for hot soup of tomato. Heinz Ketchup Commercial – Naturally Delicious Do you eat green tomatos?…green tomato sause on burritoes…pretty good and you be good and thank you…roof seams is a leak
Woah that was creepy but cute, an ex of mine used to get all close up like that when she wanted me to calm down. I’d like to see a ketchup wrestling match between HFW and HFP!
OH my Marina you sure have came a LOOOONGGG way since then. I can tell how much work you put into these videos coming from your morning voice and hair. For some reason though the videos back then seemed much longer. Keep doing ya thing Marina, sky’s the limit.

Marina!
So Different! So original, retro, groovy! Mystery, humor, history, all in three minutes. This video actually made me feel like I was watching television in 1970. Weird. I am going to email a link to this lesson to my other middle-aged friends. See if they get a nostalgia rush, too.
I like this movie! I can Digg it!
LOL One of the most visually varied lessons I’ve had so far, from the Simpsons clip at the start, the various packets of ketchup in the middle, and the ‘ketchup girl’ sketch at the end. Very interesting word origin too, to go with the visual presentation. Looks like Marina has a kickass video editor as part of her crew. I have no clue if her crew goes beyond just her and maybe a video editor, but whoever it is, thank you for what you do for Hot For Words. I have enjoyed every lesson I’ve watched.

At Farmer Boys, they use an upside down plastic squirt ketchup bottle with a very large neck. That ketchup is always ready when you are.
Farmer Boys, is that a family style restaurant? I usually cook my meals at home.
Oh I just had to drop this off to hear….Stompin’ Tom Connors – The Ketchup Song
Live From Hamilton Ontario Concert 2005.
Great Tunes From A Great Canadian, Eh!
…I hope I don’t get the TA’s pissed at my many comments…Fried spuds and catsoup and a teaspoon anchovie paste
