Old saying – “Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery”, and I am certain that Lisa Nova means her parody as pure flattery. Based on what I have seen you both deserve to be flattered.

Maybe a good post would be to do a compare and contrast between a parody and an imitation or other things that are similar but different.

I just got my calendar today (it was unsigned). March has just become my favorite month. You look great with your hair done like that. March “in like a lion out like a lamb”.

Part of the problem is based on an attempt to align words with what people thought were their Latin roots, so false etymologies are part of the reason I am such a bad speller.
