Live Blogging From PopSugar / TechCrunch Event
Hey everyone, I will be blogging LIVE from the PopSugar/TechCrunch event in Los Angeles this Thursday evening (April 10th from 8PM PST on!)

Update: The event went really well…. it was so packed that we couldn’t broadcast live but we recorded a bunch of interviews. We will be uploading them shortly. I’ll let you know as soon as I know the details.

Got lost last night (I think) looking for the place, or matbe I didn’t as some other folks seemed to have ended up (Virtually anyway) where I did. But I think something good may have come out of it. Signed up for the cocomment thing & hopefully I won’t get so lost trying to find where I’ve commented before.
Anyways something has come up on your website that bothers me, and more than the 7 (random 7 is from my bird jumping on the keyboard, I’ll leave it in as you seem to welcome all comments even from our fine feather friends?) Anyways. i don’t know how you’re taking the comments that spring up here about you’re personal life. It bugs me more than it shoud? I feel that your private & personal life should remain “sacrosanct”, If you choose to reveal to your students stuff, (last name and relationships etc.) great but if you are to maintain a control over the crap written, thats untrue or true, adress it so at least there is a guideline as to how far it goes. Anyways thanx for listening. I detest tabloid journalism, but thats just me, or does it bother anyone else?
PS. “Sacrosanct” Hope you had fun @ the popsugar thing, doctor told me to cut back on the pop & sugar though. Cheers
She is probably ignoring them which is the best thing to do, because all they probably want is attention. On a sidenote I dig the Jimi Hendrix quote.
I know fame comes with some bagage, but this is Marinas’ website. She has stepped in from time to time to let us (students) know when things get out of hand. I just feel like responding to some peoples gossip with a firm “stfup buddy” but thats not my place & I have a tendancy to offend the wrong people anyway. I chose this spot to vent ’cause it’s a little quieter here & if I’ve stepped out of line then my comment should be deleted, or better yet ignored & deleted. I didn’t write down the hendrix quote. did you?

BillyB.. I just get tired of constantly saying I don’t even know who that Pauly guy is! I’m finally understanding the power of literally waiting for my car near a “celebrity” that I don’t even know.. and suddenly I’m dating him.
So I try to just ignore them.. as it doesn’t really even warrant my time discussing them.
I might be feeling a little overprotective as my daughter is in her twenties, getting married in June and just starting out, she’s been away for two years now, so sorry if I sound too Daddyish sorry.
