Hey, interesting thing I noticed was that the word babo in Korean means stupid just as babos means to stammer and bobo, as you mentioned, being stupid. Sidetracking, bobo in Korean means kiss. I guess it might just be coincidence since I doubt the Korean language got its words from Latin origin, but maybe, which I doubt again, it could be one of those first words you learn and say as a baby that is universal in pronunciation in many languages. Ma-ma, pa-pa, and then ba-bo Then maybe people got offended that their babies were saying ba-bo as one of their first learned words so they made the word harder to pronounce and, thus, later learned in life :p
