I have only noticed an issue using viewer plug-in’s that will not allow the jump to time indexing. By opening the YT link in a new tab, no problems have occurred.
The issue of using two digits in the place fields for the time index (eg t=02m08s vs t=2m8s) does not appear to be a problem. Single digits seem to work just fine.
