I just looked at IMDB (The Internet Movie Database) and I am the 845th most popular “celebrity” on their list. When you look at who is listed near me, that’s pretty darn cool

Wow, Marina, I just had a look at the IMBd site… I knew you were a [smarty-pants], and that you were somewhat qualified, But I had no idea that you were SO well-educated – TWO degrees, and not just [namby-pamby] ones… you’re right up there!!! And you were a high-school teacher – OMG!!! You would’ve been quite distracting for teenage boys but I’m sure you managed…very, VERY impressive. Your greatest ability is teaching in a way which makes people WANT to pay attention.

Noticed a couple of things…well a coupla’ coupla’ things, all good. “They” forgot your birthday(or how to subtract), don’t know what you do, can’t keep up with your latest release & best of all “they” don’t know your income (keep it that way)

Well, MeLika….you can stop providing me with links to internet shows. For 1, FuelTV commercials are cheesy, and not the good kind. Marina is a bright spot, sure, but it’s like a sun in a black hole, it doesn’t shine out. And the reason I love her, is that she’s Smart 1st, a geek second, and hot third. The FuelTV ads barely address the 3rd. For 2, I said I didn’t know she was in any movies, and I still don’t. The internet thing is something we all know she does very well, so the question was, what ELSE besides internet shows has she done. (Yes, she’s done the O’Reilly Show, I don’t need a link for that.) That she hasn’t, it’s not a big deal. In fact, it’s damned impressive that’s she’s so high on the IMDB.com list WITHOUT appearing in a movie. (It IS Internet MOVIE Data Base, after all.)
The greatest thing about that list, is that maybe she will get notice from casting director that want to try and capitalize on her popularity, and that would be good for everyone.
