I assumed that it was because when most people reach 161 words they haven’t been paying enough attention to driving to avoid a major wreck.

Muggins’ response is sort of correct, but as I said in the original post, the title seems to imply a verb. For example, “This is Bai Ling and me in the Jacuzzi,” or, perhaps, “Presenting Bai Ling and me in the Jacuzzi.” In these instances, Bai Ling and me are the objects of the verb. To be the subject, we would have to imply, “Bai Ling and I are in the Jacuzzi” which, although not out of the question, doesn’t seem to be the implication. It could be argued that since the verb is only implied and not stated, either choice could be correct. But since we have to make a decision when choosing I or me, an implied verb has to be good enough. (Think of whether you would title it, “I in the Jacuzzi.”) But there may not be a definitive answer. - Fight or Flight
