It looks like that might be similar to The Central Asia Institute.
I learned about this from the book I am currently reading (fun book for Summer break). This looks like a truly remarkable organization. I am still researching them, but so far I am extremely impressed.

The way some of the numbers line up, it almost looks like some of them resemble an Ankh. Plus M does look pretty pretty
