Congratz Kent!
The same happened to me after grabbing my electronics degree in 2001. “They” were crying out for science students. So with a rush of blood to the head, I trashed my old job and embarked on a radical career change via the mature student program. After almost a 2 year break, I secured a job by joining its Graduate training scheme. The job lasted under 4 years, and failed to provide opportunities to develop my engineering skills for chartership, or a proper engineering role. As time goes by, some of that hard won knowledge has begun to atrophy.
Now, like you, I’m a free agent too. The trouble is becoming too accustomed to the situation, especially with the credit crunch and so much distraction around us. Don’t lose hope.

I once learned a language BEFORE I knew any other to refer to – just out of sheer necessity!Oh, and you did too.

I have just discovered the meaning of everything! It’s number… Ermmm ummm
Why do I find holding numbers in my head difficult when calculating? I’m sure it was Forty-something.
Anyhow, when tired or stressed, I get very bad number amnesia.

Isn’t there a theory that manna from heaven is really one of the psychoactive ‘magic’ mushroom (sorry if this offends anyone).
Magic Mushroom, Mana From Heaven – probably a dubious theory, but you never know.
