Dear Sweet Marina: Gonna get a new refurbished home office to go with your windfalls of the published book and the GoDaddy contract?

    Hello Everyone,
The smileys have returned to the Forum. They are located above and to the far right of the comment box.

If you get a pop up that says the following,
don’t worry, it’s not meant for you.

Verboten! Don’t klicken mit dem Schmeileys!

    {Sorry, aLx, I couldn’t resist. The devil made me do it.}

I know the answer to “typo” = “Typographical Error”. (As noted repeatedly on my book reports and term papers.)

  4. bw8n says: 55

I enjoy your thorough explanations of word origins and especially the way you do it. You remind me of my ex-girlfriend: perky, funny, sexy, pretty,…

I don’t intend to be demeaning toward women with this request. In fact, I hope to do the opposite with the word request for an explanation on the origin(s) of [Camel Toe]. I left a comment on one of your videos, but I don’t recall which one. …..SEXY GEEK! That was the one. If you cannot make a video of the [Camel Toe] origin, you can send me an e-mail. Thanks.

I finally ordered the book yesterday. I’ll give my review shortly after arrival.

While promoting products and talking about Uncle Sam, you might check on the origin of the dollar sign.

On the more general subject of America, I think it important to point out Columbus never admitted he had discovered a new world. To the end of his life, he insisted he had found a new route to the Indies. This made it awkward to put his name on new territory. Amerigo took advantage of this in an early example of domain squatting.

I can attribute the simple German encouragement for performers to mishearing Hebrew. It is harder to explain the more extensive version, which includes the neck. Until this is resolved, I would avoid appearing on a German stage.

Your appearances continue to be interesting.

Read The Online Etymology Dictionary and compare to Marina’s lessons. I have it now in my favorites section of my computer. Your dressed very nice for this television appearance Marina. Keep playin’ that rock ‘n’ roll.

Another great appearance! For some reason it seemed rushed…maybe it was just the editing.
I was bummed and pissed for you when I didn’t see your segment on the 18th, but I guess thats showbiz, right?
Two snaps and a circle on the hair and the outfit.

  17. Oh what a great video lesson Marina. Love your hair style! It’s worth a million!

About the break a leg. I was a bit surprised. Was it just a coincidence or did my mention of it in an email spur you to pick that phrase? Or maybe I was reading your mind. That would be a change. You seem to be reading my mind a bit much. LOL

Why do I feel so naked now?

    • neuroway says: 40.1

I am tempted to believe that it’s because of the colour of your cap, capt’n. It should blend with the colour of your shirt. In the navy, they allow you to dress like that? Sorry. Couldn’t resist.

      • That’s because I’m not in the Navy. Sorry I couldn’t resist.

        • Oh? I thought it was a navy uniform? That may explain the difference in colour between the cap and the shirt, and the no tie too, I guess. I was so sure you were in the navy. Sorry again. Mea culpa.

          • If you look in the forums, you can see it says Agrosy. It’s a tour ship company I worked for in Seattle. That photo is about 4 years ago, maybe. Every company has a different uniform code.

I -WAS- in the Navy. That’s past tense. I wore a blue enlisted uniform at you were thinking of.

I’m a licensed Merchant Marine Officer. That’s a person license by the USCG to pilot a vessel for hire. Kind of like an airline Captain is licensed by the FAA.

The outfit with my fancy hat is one of my own choosing. I’m self employed, so I can wear what ever I choose. I mostly wear if for it make people feel confident in my abilities. If I showed up in blue jeans and a t-shirt as I’ve seen some MM officers do. It would not instill confidences to their passengers.
Besides, I’ve never been hit by a car yet while wearing it yet. It’s interesting to watch peoples reactions.

          • @Capt’n.

Yesir, Capt’n J. I do seem to grasp the essence of this explanation. But don’t you think people should feel confident in your abilities because of your abilities, and not because of your outfit?

          • Bob says: 40.1.1.1.3

… people should feel confident in your abilities because of your abilities …

Of course people should, if they were rational beings, but people are not rational, they are emotional and if it takes a fancy monkey suit to make them happy, that’s what you have to wear. :|

          • If that were the case, then there would be no reason for police, fire, security, doctors, pilots, broadway actors, pirates, military, sales, bankers, investment brokers, etc etc… to wear uniforms/outfits. Your right that it’s the person underneath that makes the uniform, but we all know that looks are very important. It’s human nature to prejudge people based on their looks. More importantly and all above is that is someone wears an outfit for the job they are doing shows me that they take their job very seriously. Also some uniforms serve a function. My old Navy working blues served as a flotation device. The bell bottoms also serve to allow the pants to be removed w/o the boots needing to come off.

Something else. I feel really goofy wearing my uniform (Zute Suit). I don’t like to wear the hat for it’s very heavy and squeezes my head. I hate wearing ties. It’s a very hot outfit to wear. Though I do switch out to just the shirt, no tie, black dress shorts, white safety shoes.

Interesting note, most of the time when I crewed on the the cruise ship, I wore my PJs. I would start my day at 7pm wearing gator shirt and kaks. By midnight I would be in my pjs. In the morning you could see me pulling on lines or driving the ship in my pjs.
When I teach my captains licensing classes, I start the first day in full uniform. From that day out it’s just dress shirts, kaks, and boat shoes.

    • Rijk says: 40.2

      Love your hair style!

Yes, no hear band! And I thought she didn’t read these comments. I was wrong, she doesn’t only read them, but puts them into practice.

  18. This particular video was why I logged on in the first place. Marina, you ARE a very lovely lady (and I EMPHASIZE, LADY…), but your brilliance, kind heart, and generous spirit is what will make you beautiful forever. You are willing to use this medium as a means to exchange ideas, share knowlege, and improve communication skills on a global basis.
The world will be better as you pass through it than as you found it. You are willing to use your beauty, humor, and wit to draw people away from simplicity to wisdom.

    Do we dare escape
    to the air & noise,
    go running free
    with the girls & boys.
    But will they like us?
    and what, if not?…
    or break, or take
    the toys we brought?

    Much easier then
    to just stay in,
    content & safe
    we hide again,
    children’s eyes
    in aging faces,
    spirits chained
    nn earth-bound places.

    The fleeing sun
    shines less, each day,
    still calls to us
    to come away &
    open weak & furtive eyes
    to rejoice beneath
    the circling skies.

    Spoils to the victors
    the race to the fleet…
    if we’ll walk out
    across that street,
    come ‘round our block
    across that lawn &
    seize the day before
    it’s gone.

The coming of the Internet continued the advance of Bad English as everyone’s second language (if not their first, as in the case of Americans.)

While it’s great to be able to communicate with everyone, it’s still important to retain local languages so that we don’t all lose our identity in a global McDonaldization.

200 miles from London, ancient heart of the English language, one group fights to maintain its linguistic identity: Linguistic Map of Wales

OK, so it has nothing to do with O’Reilly. Guess I’ll move this post over to Buzzword’s Language and Culture forum.

I found a fummy word in the folk song OFF TO SEA ONCE MORE which I am teaching myself ot play and sing. The author used the term [JACK TARR] for a British Sailor. Is that derogatory?

    • Bob says: 34.1

While Jack was out walking one fine sunny day
a squire and his lady he passed on the way
and Jack he heard the squire say
with you tonight I mean to lay
with my do me ama, dee me ama, do me ama day.”

“You must tie a string all around your finger,
hang the other end of the string out the window,
And I’ll slip by and pull the string,
And you must come down and let me in
With me do me ama, dee me ama, do me ama day.”

Says Jack to himself, “I’ve a mind to try,
To see if a poor sailor he can’t win him that prize.”
So he stole by and he pulled the string
And the lady come down and she let Jack in
With that do me ama, dee me ama, do me ama day.

When the squire came by, he was humming a song,
Thinking to himself how it wouldn’t be long.
But when he got there, no string he found.
Behold, his oats were all dashed to the ground
With that do me ama, dee me ama, do me ama day.

Well, early next morning, it was just getting light,
The lady awoke with a terrible fright.
For there lay Jack in his tarry old shirt,
his handsome face was all covered in dirt
And that do me ama, dee me ama, do me ama day.

“Oh what do you want, you tarry sailor,
Breaking in a lady’s bedroom to steal her treasure?”
“Oh no,” says Jack, “I just pulled that string
And you come down, ma’m, and let me in
With me do me ama, dee me ama, do me ama day.”

Jack says to the lady, “Your pardon I pray,
I’ll steal away at the break of the day.”
“Oh no,” says she, “don’t you go far
For I never will part from me jolly Jack Tar
And his do me ama, dee me ama, do me ama day.”

Hello, Marina! My word request for you to work your magic on is [copascetic]. I understand it to be a neologism from the African-American slang; it’s definition brings to mind the Stevie Wonder song, “Don’t You Worry ‘Bout A Thing”. I often wonder if you’re familiar with (and, if so, what are your opinions and thoughts) on some of the words and phrases in the African-American slang throughout the years, like [crunk] ( which personally I think we stole that from Conan O’Brien, because I remember in his show’s early years when he wanted to propose using a profane word that no one had heard of before, therefore, it would be OK to use it on TV, and that word was ‘crunk’, then he gave some comical examples :!: Now ‘WE’ use it to mean ‘to make oneself AMP-ed up in motion, emotion and feeling, particularly when listening to aggressive rap music’( like Jay-Z’s “Hello Brooklyn”), trippin’ , wack  ( :x not whack), buggin’ … One word in particular that has REALLY endured the test of time is not even a slang word; we African-Americans have misconstrued it for many years simply because it sounds negative, and that word is [trifling], which means ‘of very little importance’. To us it has come to mean ‘of ignorant, disagreeable behavior’. No amount of correction I or anyone else would dare muster would do any good to put its definition right; in our culture, the misconstrued meaning has completely blotted out the true definition of that word.

Please share your thoughts; I’ve been wanting to know for years now.
I’ve enjoyed seeing a different side of you on Twitter… It has really made me miss your kisses EVEN MORE (mmmmMMMMMWWAAAH), Adiós (to God), Baby!!

I was amused as you in the white lab coat asa DR. SEXY. IN one photo you hae a beaker colored pink-red by the acid-base indicator phenolphelatin. I gave a demonstration once to freshman lab students at MSU to show how that indicator changes colors. Couldn’t get me near a chem lab again. does my story demonstrate why american society is falling? the photos that someone psoed you for were very cute. And you are cute and the fairest of them all.
I seem to have had since 1986 a problem being verbally oppressed by gays and Amazons. So that was a fun word-as was Birds and the Bees, Marriage, Horny, Hookers etc. Poor old me. I haven’t got any love from a woman since 1987. Those sexy words amuse me too.

    ==================================
    FORUM – How to use
    ==================================
    Hello Everyone,
I’ve noticed that there are many new people here on this HotForWords site and many of you who use the forum have not been using it as intended. Marina knows the shortcomings and CampKohler even wrote a long post about it. Despite that, I like the forum and by following a few rules, it is a great place to hang out and discuss various topics.

Here is an overview of how the Forum works:
When you first visit the Forum page,
please take note of the following:

    1. The top section shows the latest 30 TOPICS only and there is no pagination for the remaining hundreds of topics, until you click one of the Main Theme links in the MAIN THEME section at the bottom.

    2. Scroll down to the bottom and you will see a section called MAIN THEME. Notice that there are only 4 main themes and only Marina can add and delete these. Notice that the 4 Themes cover over 140 combined TOPICS.

    How to start a Topic
    1. When you start a TOPIC, first, go to the bottom of the Forum page and click on one of the Main Themes. You want your topic to be a subset of one of the themes.

    2. When you create a new TOPIC, make the topic title broad enough for others to join in. Many of you are creating TOPIC titles as if they were postings. A posting is what is created inside a topic.

If you want to create a topic on Poems, enter the title of “Poems” or if you want a specific type of poem, enter “Poems – Romantic”

When you look at the bottom Main Theme of the Forum, notice that there are over 8,000 postings. If everyone were to create a topic as a posting, then there would be 8,000 topics which will make the Forum unwieldy and it would lose the intention of creating a meeting of like minds.

    3. Before creating a TOPIC, it is encouraged that you look at all of the available topics and see if you can place your post into an existing topic.

For example, to see all 125 TOPICS in the “HotForWords General” theme, click on that link in the Main Theme section. What you will see is the first 30 TOPICS out of 125. Notice that there are a total of 5 pages. You can now look over these TOPICS to see if you can add a post there and continue a discussion. When you post in any of those TOPICS, that TOPIC will rise to the top and will be seen as the most recent. You will see many topics have died out due to non-use because of poor choice of a TOPIC title.

Thank you for reading this.

    • Rijk says: 20.1

Great, You should make a topic of this and make it a sticky so it’s always at the top of the list.

      • leonard says: 20.2.1

Bees are HAPPY  Fucus vesiculosus, known by the common name bladder wrack, is a seaweed found on the coasts of the North Sea, the western Baltic Sea, and the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, also known by the common names black tang, rockweed, bladder fucus, sea oak, black tany, cut weed, dyers fucus, red fucus, and rock wrack. It was the original source of iodine, discovered in 1811, and was used extensively to treat goitre, a swelling of the thyroid gland related to iodine deficiency. In the 1860s, it was claimed that bladder wrack, as a thyroid stimulant, could counter obesity by increasing the metabolic rate and, since then, it has been featured in numerous weight-loss remedies  The male and female reproductive organs may occur on the same or separate organisms; some species produce eggs and sperm all year long. Fucus is a perennial alga with a lifespan of up to four years. Fucus species, along with kelp (q.v.), are an important source of alginates—[[colloidal]] extracts with many industrial uses similar to those of agar….The word “agar” comes from the Malay word agar-agar (meaning jelly). It is also known as kanten, China grass, or Japanese isinglass. The various species of alga or seaweed from which agar is derived are sometimes called Ceylon moss. Gracilaria lichenoides specifically is referred to as agal-agal or Ceylon agar.[1]

In Malay and Indonesian, it is known as agar-agar. In Japanese, it is known as kanten (寒天) meaning “cold weather,” referring to the fact that it is harvested in the winter months. In Mandarin Chinese as hǎicài (海菜) meaning “ocean vegetable”. In Taiwanese Minnan it is known as chhài-iàn (菜燕) meaning “vegetable swiftlet,” i.e., similar in texture to the nest of the edible-nest swiftlet used in bird’s nest soup. In Korea, it is known as hancheon (한천). In China, it is known as hǎizàoqióngzhī (海藻瓊脂) or dòngfěn (凍粉). In the Philippines, it is known as gulaman in Tagalog, Apayao, Bikol, and Pangasinan, guraman in Ilokano and gurguraman in Sambali.[2] In Thai it is known as wóon (วุ้น).

        from Wiki…learning is a freedom ;-)

    • Pk, That was great. I think your little post should be copied & moved to the help pages and/or make it a sticky on the forums area. Send an email to Marina about it.

I really know what you meant to say, the US & Britain were allies…. just teasing ya.

    • Bob says: 19.1

The US was at war with Britain against Germany, so in that sense Marina was correct.
Where she was in error, and it was probably a slip of the tongue, was in the date, as World War 1 didn’t kick off until June 28, 1914 with the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand in Sarajevo.
Austria declared war on Serbia on July 28, and Germany, having promised German support for Austria against Serbia, declared war on Russia on August 3rd, and on France August 4th when it also invaded Belgium.
The US, Johnny Come Lately, didn’t get involved until April 6th, 1917 when it declared war on Germany.

I’ve seen a lot of your appearances (if not all) on News Shows by now, thanks to YOU and your site and by googling a couple of them. What I find funny is, is that most of the time you’re introduced on other shows besides “The Factor”, they point out that you’ve been on Bill’s show a lot and I sense the disdain of most of those interviewers towards Bill as being a mean dude, having different political ideologies of course, or maybe because he’s kicking the shit out of all of those Mickey Mouse outfits NBC, CBS and the others in the ratings! And you’re so cute when when you say: Oh, but Biel is my best student!

But hey, I myself don’t agree with all of his opinions. I do think you’re a perfect fit for his show. The book promotion appearance you looked more confident, relaxed and comfortable sitting across from him and you covered more words. Excellent Job! ;-)

Oh btw Marina, did you see this thing from awhile ago where Jay Leno asks this eighth grade history teacher about Benedict Arnold and the teacher’s reply is: “Is that one way how eggs are prepaired.” of course the audience laughs and Jay looks into the camera and says something like: “I think our kids/students are in trouble.”

I hope you have many more appearances on “The Factor” and yes of course any other shows that will help promote the HFW cause and more books written by you to come in the future.

        go shove it alax.

        • Rijk says: 14.2.2.1

No, äläx. isn’t doing that, only showing me that my thirst thoughts were right about O’Reilly.

And yes the O’Reilly show is good for here pr. But that doesn’t affect the opinion that I/we have of O’Reilly.

          Ps
I have a lot of admiration and respect for Marina. For what she has done, achieved and the way she did it. But that doesn’t mean I have to think alike and agree with everything she says or does. I look at the facts and form my own opinion.
Looking at what Marina has done, I think she wants you to do the same. If not, she will post it here. ;-)

      • Hi Rijk, ;-)

Spent some time on thinking of a reply to your reply :| Maybe there’s a bigger picture going on with the World, I discovered this video  a few weeks ago or maybe longer, and yes O’Reilly along with the others, Liberal or Conservative manipulate truths to serve their agendas.

I don’t know the situation over there in the Netherlands, but maybe try to view this vid (if you haven’t already seen it) with an open mind. This vid is long (about 2 hours) and I hope it can load, and that you have the time to view it and make up your mind on if there’s something there or if it’s garbage. They say it’s unbiased :???:
        Take Care Rijk
        From Vrock

        • Rijk says: 14.2.3.1

          Oke here it is:

I had not seen it before. Watched in two parts. It loaded just fine didn’t have to wait.
You are right, there are a bigger picture, and its worse than I thought. If I had only watched this on I would be skeptical. But the site I showed William pointed to the FED for the crises and complete are the part on the Dutch central bank FED or the Netherlands
          My rough translation:
The Dutch central bank were a private bank, in 1948, the Dutch central bank were nationalist the private shareholders in return got twice the value or their shares. (They received certificates or registration in the piglet Book or National Debt)
So the question now isn’t WHO the owner is, but WHO are the ate wheel.
The Dutch central bank are a plc (nameless company) which guarantees independence or the Central Government.
And this are strange, because the Central Government are the owner of the Dutch central bank and yet they no say in it!

If the old owners (including our royal) can maintain their position in the company and cannot be binned by the only share holder the Central Government, in reality the nationalization is a hooks.

The government is a bit different than the USA. Instead of two parties we (and I will not count the really small ones) we have 8. We vote for the “second chamber”. The each party with enough votes get a number of seats.
The government which will rule the country comes from the “second chamber” the different parties negotiate until they have more than 50% off the seats. Usually this means 3 parities form the government.
The whole second camber. Checks what the government does and ask questions about their actions.
So there is more control than in the USA. But some off the same things of course happen.

          To some it up:
We live in a fantasy. A society which is ruled by the parties with large financial interests which have set up an appearance of democracy.

So old money still rules. And the people have no real say in it.

            http://www.usconstitution.net/const.html
            http://www.perkel.com/politics/issues/fourth.htm

I don’t think that the governing body of your homeland the Netherlands is that different from the governing body of the USA, they may look different on the surface but the principal is the same. We do have other parties besides the Democratic and Republican parties (Libertarian, Green and Independent:One who doesn’t associate with a particular party) just to name a few. But yes it boils down to who can raise the most money to get their candidate elected to the presidency (whether their right or wrong). and also to get more seats in the house and senate.

I wonder if the Forefathers of the United States (George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson) just to name a few…. Knew how much Corporations and the installment of the Federal Reserve would play out in the shaping of our government over time (in my opinion most of these groups have sinister urges) A government for the people, by the PEOPLE?

Right now we have such a media circus going on with the political arena in our country right now, it makes me sick. both sides spewing hate at one another that nothing can possibly get done! (it’s also diverting people away from what’s really going on) I myself am not hip on BIG government so I leaned more to a conservative or libertarian side, But you all know how disastrous the last eight years have been, A president who’s policies failed miserably, a vice president who overstepped his boundaries! But I didn’t vote for those fuckers including the one that’s in office right now. I wish more people could see these two individuals, who I think have more common sense then what money can buy! this is just my opinion.
            http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0P2-EPr6rP8
            http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WUYDt7kC3Z0

People tell me that I waste my vote because these two don’t have a chance to win and who knows maybe they can’t do the job, but I feel in my heart that they’ll try and they have more common sense then the faces you see in the forefront of the parties right now and possibly not succumb totally to the financial/special interest. Yes we have special interests that influence our politicians here too and the general public gets left behind.

I was aware of some of the things mentioned in that piece “The Obama Deception” but I think it is well put together, and people can make up their own minds and just be aware.

But hey Rijk, thanks for giving me an insight on the governing body of your homeland and a little history lesson too  I maybe way out of line posting something on this subject matter on here (maybe the forum section might of possibly been a better choice), but it’s okay once in awhile to talk about this shit.
But back to the bigger picture

Yes, It seems like the “Old Bosses” are still in charge, and they’re still pulling the strings even to this day. ;-)

P.S. you say that there is still hope for the Dutch, I would like to say the same for Americans, but when you’ve had a “corruptive element” that has been around for a long time, It’ll take more than a fight to make a serious change.

        • Rijk says: 14.2.3.2

And this is a part of the page translated by word.

I wouldn’t read it, word isn’t that great in translating ;)

The clapper comes in paragraph 3: The President as well as the remaining members of the Council of commissioners are appointed each time for a period of four years by the shareholders from a recitation of three persons for each to fulfill a place, made up by the Council of commissioners.
          - WHAT DO YOU MEAN the shareholders? In 1948, the state the only shareholder had nevertheless become? That is nationalization!. The shareholders do not carry now in practice for, but the representatives of the old owner as it happens, carry the sitting members of the RvC for!
After nationalization never drastic clean there to the top has been. The old powers stayed on and were possible then and up to today each other continue appoint. But that is certainly an independent elaboration certain direction the government… says simply a complete exclusion of the owner ever a decisive get influence within Dutch central bank.

After nationalization the people has therefore never got the control concerning the money creation in the Netherlands.

The fact which the recitation must come from three of the sitting commissioners and those commissioners originates from the old owner reflects, however, to that this power centre still entirely is checked by the original owner. The government has only one position in the Council of commissioners which exists from 10 persons, can never say something decisive. At the most this one person ever maximum 33% of the control can has. The government and wetens the power has therefore willens kept Dutch central bank at the old shareholders. Thereby by person, namely T. it has been designated richly. originated of the earl, from none political ( has been chosen) person manages of the civil servants and he. Also he has never on a chosen position functioned.

If we look at who there at present part determine of this Council of commissioners who have been appointed by… becomes the sitting members of the RvC, then in my eyes entirely clear that in any case the control Dutch central bank is seriously nationalized never.
There still a heir of the original founder of Dutch central bank in the Council of commissioners sits. This one person has to therefore introduce as many such as the owner, rich, who has someone there sit on behalf of the Dutch people.
ZKH has had the prince of Orange, as it happens, already since 1998 meeting in the Council. Other well-known names are a the family Fentener of Vlissingen, the richest family of the Netherlands.

We also encounter old politician Frits Bolkenstein. On behalf of which he sits there, nobody who the official knows, but he worked 16 years for Shell. He by means of had been, however, chosen functions operative in the Netherlands and Europe, but he is not the realm representative in the RvC. Moreover Frits a regular visitor of the buttock of the mount conference is, the meeting where also queen sees himself Beatrix frequently late, probably because its father is the founder of these meetings.

G.J. Kleisterlee the CEO of Philips, are also part of the RvC. Although very I to speak are concerning the knowledge and knowledge of these CEO, is it the question how much time he seriously can make to be able fulfil IF here a role of meaning, he already the people would sit. He sits that not, because he is not independent. To be will precede company importance undoubtedly always on the national importance. A considerable part of Philips is in the hands of what also the old owner of Dutch central bank is and also Kleisterlee are not at chance and CEO of Philips and part of the RvC. He sits there because of its knowledge, of course, but undoubtedly also from the fact that the shareholders Philips and old the owner of Dutch central bank have him terrible gladly.

E.Kist, where we know that also again of… That ever President of the Council of governing board of ING was… YOU know, however, the bank which had state support in 2008/2009 all of a sudden 50 billion necessary because the shareholders insisted this way on better performances… That whereas on grant only ING certificates noted and the shares stand under management stands of the administrative office that has asked never a critical question. That ING is represented here, is no surprise. Here too, just like at Philips the same owner which has still a considerable importance.

I come also Mr. A.H. of parts. The president of in The Hague the court. Is the role of commissioner at Dutch central bank, it manage of financial power combine with its independent role as right? The same person also President of the Council for the jurisdiction has been. In short, this is one of the persons who it has in the Netherlands for saying. He not only sits in the Council for commissioners, but sits also once more in the bank Council of Dutch central bank.
I have not been astonished concerning that my search to information also a complaint if these brought above water: http://www.sdnl.nl/bur-hr07.htm. Indefinite power of makes a person or organization corrupt. The judiciary, combined with financial power, makes untouchable.
Moreover AH of parts are also once more member of the commission of supervision of information and security service. Do not be mistaken yourself you, this man is one of the most powerful Dutch who walk around there and nearly nobody of the people which knows him. He has been preferred nowhere democratic for. He has been everywhere placed by still higher powers. You want read nice charge, then you must read also once what the revolutionary party is to happen. Very interesting reading material: http://www.burgersinactie.nl/download/080108%20dnb%20zkh%20c-%20-.pdf.

The question which calls himself, is now which the powers those these powerful people have these important roles have been given. Where does that invisibly power lie? That and does know isn’t she only mutually the dominant positions available, or is himself that invisibly power there really and is supervised by we and trusteeship of the international entrepreneurs and bankers?

Nowadays we have in the government and also once more on financial matter, Wouter bunch. Also he was, just like Frits Bolkenstein ever operative for Shell. Frits Bolkenstein, which determine part of the Council of commissioners of Dutch central bank, have been years also for 16 for Shell operative. It no surprise that venture also that has been deeply anchored zit in Dutch central bank. Absolutely no surprise. The question is only when Wouter bunch will join the RvC van DNB.

All in all sit there individually a number of capable people in this power block-system. People who have acquired an enormous reputation in their career and those proved , however, the e.e.a. in their top have. Do it is this way that it especially the drivers of the largest ventures are that meeting have. Drivers of in fact the old shareholders who have still executive and the checking power of our financial establishment in hands. For an institute which is nationalized , it a strange matter that to the effective owner is there this way say little has to. The fact which our money is managed by the capital with its own interests is a narrow idea, certainly now we must observe that this institute has failed the last years in a grotesque manner.
Its checking role proved to be a farce and its stabilizing role also.

The fact which the current owner (rich) can still no decisive influence exercise and to the fact that a member of the untouchable royal house is member of this club, is no publicity. In fact the membership of a heir of the founder is the strongest proof of the fact that the effective power structure has changed basically never.
It concerns there now not or the royal house himself desirable is, it concerns there or this important executive role of the royal house desirable is. In my eyes is that pertinent not the case. Enormous failing Dutch central bank must be also considered now in feite as failing the individual members of the RvC. In fact the owner (richly) the RvC and must send the Executive Board because of failure to house, which implies that we soon a king will get whom , has deserved figurative box on the ear of rich, the official owner of Dutch central bank .
The fact however that we cannot weed a this way badly functioning club, indicates already good that there is something fundamental wrong within the Netherlands.
Indicated like yesterday already, we do not live in a democracy. We live in finacratie. A society which is sent by the parties with large financial interests which have set up an appearance democracy which they have entirely from their financial power structure in the grip
and the only way a new boardmember can be apointed are by the bordmembers themselfs. The has one boardmember, the rest or the
