    they have changed my name. I am now waiting.

      Hey Karl…my random lesson lead me to this

      So, did anyone notice anything about Marina’s smile?
      Her characteristic slightly moved forward two teeth have been moved back in line with the other teeth. The GeekOut pictures show the same new teeth. Marina Twittered about a broken tooth later. I hope it wasn’t due to eating with a fork. Those things are dangerous.

      I think the only reason she corrected the front teeth is so that people wouldn’t think we were brother and sister. Good move Marina. LOL We share some similar features. Someone else mentioned that the other day.

    Also, I was told by a former professor of mine that telling a classroom of A students before an exam: “You are all A students, so you should not have any problems with this exam, but you know how good Orientals are at math.” The qualifying statement was enough to add doubt and result in a high number of B grades instead of A s.

    When you were at the villa in Greece I was actually a bit sad, because you didn’t seem to have someone to share such a romantic place with.

    But maybe that’s just my nature.

          :razz: Marina Orlova: Communist MemoriesI remember the “Pioneer” time, because in my high school, during the communism era it was pretty tough. We had to, at a certain age, in a certain grade, in Russia it was like fifth grade or sixth grade, you become a “pioneer”. And they would give you this little pin with a star and a picture of Lenin on it. It was young Lenin with curly hair – he was cute boy. Everybody had to wear that. And certain times of the month, you had to go and help old people, you had to take care of them, and it doesn’t matter, you had to find them, like knock at the door and say “Are you old?”, or you see them on the street and grab their hand and you go walk them to their house. And then you have to report to your teacher what you’ve done, like – did you cook for her? Did you clean her clothes? What have you done? And so that was one task. I found one lady, she was my neighbor, and I cooked for her, and one day we were watching TV together, and she wrote a little paper for me for the school.

          The other task was to get and find metals, like old rusted bicycles, and then metals like TV parts, even cars. Like the Russians couldn’t find them! They’re on the side of the street! And you bring them, and you carry them, and they put them on a scale and they’re like “Okay, twenty pounds, that’s good.” And if you bring them they give you an A, and tell you you’re a good student. And the next time you didn’t prepare your work, they give you an A still, because you brought so much metal. And papers sometimes, like old newspapers. But you have to find that also? Where would you go? They don’t give you the address. You have to find. Then the truck comes to school, and I would bring it in my school bags, maybe ten magazines and twenty newspapers, and you’d put it on the scale, and if you had a lot they’d give you a little star. Like you did good.

          Marina is HOT
