    A garbage bin in Berlin (a corpus for all delicti).

    Latin:
    corpus - body, object, substance, system, structure;
    delictum (pl. delicti) - fault, offense, misdeed, crime, transgression.

    Corpus delicti (plural: corpora delicti) (Latin: "body of crime") is a term from Western jurisprudence which refers to the principle that it must be proven that a crime has occurred before a person can be convicted of committing the crime. For example, a person cannot be tried for larceny unless it can be proven that property has been stolen. Likewise, in order for a person to be tried for arson it must be proven that a criminal act resulted in the burning of a property. Black's Law Dictionary (6th ed.) defines "corpus delicti" as: "the fact of a crime having been actually committed." (source: Wikipedia)

    Ishe girl in the tight shiny green PVC jacket a "PVC Dream"? Do they only dress sexy to get what they want? My former wife's mommy used to doll up my former wife in high school before I would take her out on a dat. But after she married me she ceased trying to look sexy. 22 years later I hear some kind creeps trying to play "debate socirty" next door about my having wanted my former wife to wear some makeup when we had tied to knot. Are they trying to negotiate something that died 22 years ago? I have a half brother in Tennessee who had a low paying job in a fabric mill. He has had two wives, two marriages. Both women wore plenty of makeup and took good care of their bodies. I do say Marina in her photos looks sexy enough for me to want to marry; If that means anything to her. She can be my Russian Princess!

    If ugly minds tend to imagine, see and create ugly things then beautiful minds should tend to imagine, see and create beautiful things.

    "No question now, what had happened to the faces of the pigs. The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which."

    "In prehistoric times, mankind often had only two choices in crisis situations: fight of flee. In modern times, humour offers us a third alternative; fight, flee - or laugh."
