    Not on the rug, man.

The rug is an important issue. Even when you live in a house where they rebuild engines in the kitchen, if the rug is beyond all hope, it defines the entire environment. You walk into a house, and the first thing that catches the eye, is the rug. If you'll notice, it takes up at least a third of the eyeful of the viewer. It goes to a kinky extreme with white rugs. You're not supposed to clip your toe nails over the rug, or barf. The quote above if directly out of the film, The Big Lebowski, where the main plot is about the Dude trying to replace the rug that got peed on. It brings to mind something real to me in my life, many moons ago, where we invited a neighborhood wino into the house to try to get him to start smoking pot instead of drinking himself to death with his port. He preferred the real thin bottles that he could stash in the arm of his faux leather jacket. Anyhow, we handed him the bong, and he looked at it, and tipped it up to start drinking the fluid. "No, don't do that...oh, man not on the rug..." as you might imagine, he'd have to spit out the bong water as soon as it entered his mouth.

What is Freedom? Freedom is to have the intelligence to think about whatever comes to your mind. To have the honesty to say what you think, to have the courage to do what you say, and finally, to have the strenght to face and endure the consequences.

Money is never a solution. But it can be a problem.

Problems don't solve anything. But they can be time consuming.

Time can be consumed by solving problems. But in the end, it consumes everything (including the problems and the solutions). Eh. Mundus vult decipi.

    A woman cannibal,
by Leonhard Kern, 1650 A "frame" in a nature photograph, especially an obvious possibility such as an overhanging branch, can be a cliché.~~~~French word “cliché” comes from the sound made when the matrix is dropped into molten metal to make a printing plate. ~~~~~company incorporates
    ...rate my click...
    or how is this
Allstates new commercial uses the words of FDR to remind America that through all the years since Allstate was founded- The only thing we have to fear
    is fear itself.
    ... (more info)

(less info) ..... anti-cliché relates to the relative merit of any particular news story. A report that will likely garner interest in the target readership must be considered newsworthy; reporting similar trivial events does not generate a sufficient level of interest. The most prominent example of this is the Man Bites Dog paradigm. "clean as a 'pea-whistle' blown"
