Well the idea is that boys who bully girls in school or visa versa means that the one picking on the other has a crush on them. That's a poor theory though. Teasing someone is something entirely different I might add.
Maybe a better idea is to form a Sacred Order of Knights who Swear on Oath to Loyally Protect and Serve Miss Marina Orlova.
