From the first utterance of the word, each was told of it's origin, meaning, and variety of use. And, it's social incorrectness. The name "Roger" in Britain apparently means "to fuck" so ... "What the " 'Roger', - over". (Variation of military usage said in good humor). Or how about "Roger, over and out". Would that mean " 'Fuck me over' but get the hell out"? Lighten up! Life is tooo short!
"Forced, Unlawful, Carnal Knowledge". Heinous in it's day but English is a "living language", meaning meanings will ALWAYS change.
